Many people would love that. Unfortunately I have no experience in writing emulation drivers and the developers of FBA, the base emulator that Supercade uses, have no interest in doing so.

I have a post about it, I play mk1 and mk2 of arcade that only run on mame emulator, and asked to damdai if there's any possibility to make like fba, but to play games like mk arcade, killer instinct arcade and other not suported by fb alpha.

FBA is strictly a Capcom/SNK emu. Any games outside those manufactures simply aren't supported.
Mortal Kombat is playable on Kaillera (MAME) if both players set their connection type to LAN and turn on p2p before game starts. This will disperse lag/delay significantly.
